Production-grade IoT architecture, not maker toys
Mantis Tech builds IoT for harsh industrial environments: factories with electromagnetic noise, -20°C cold storage, outdoor monitoring stations, and buildings with hundreds of devices that must stay in sync. We don't ship Arduino prototypes to production — every gateway is CE/FCC certified, firmware is stress-tested for 72 hours, and OTA updates have automatic rollback.
The backend uses a time-series database (InfluxDB/TimescaleDB) that handles millions of datapoints per minute. Operations dashboards are role-customized: plant operators see real-time alarms, executives see aggregated KPIs, and maintenance engineers see historical trends and per-device health scores.
We know IoT without integration is just a pretty dashboard. Every data stream can be pushed to ERPNext (MES, warehouse), trigger HRMS workflows (worker timesheets), or invoke AI (anomaly detection). This integration depth is what makes Mantis Tech different.
