Mantis Tech has electronics, firmware and mechanical engineers who can design a device from scratch — not just assemble off-the-shelf modules. We handle schematics, 4-8 layer PCB layout, cost-optimized BOM selection, thermal and EMC/EMI simulation, bare-metal and RTOS firmware, and mechanical design for injection-molded plastic or stamped metal.
Our relationships with PCB, SMT, plastic and metal factories in Vietnam and China let us build 100-unit prototypes in 2 weeks, 1,000-unit pilots in 6 weeks, and scale to tens of thousands of units per month. We also support CE, FCC and RoHS certification and industry-specific standards (medical, automotive).
